Linda & Victoria Vancouver operates using a direct fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste, lower storage costs, and minimize environmental impact, some products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers.

As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to our supplier's designated return facility rather than a local warehouse.

For this reason, customers must always contact us before returning any item.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns requested outside the return period may not be eligible for approval.


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Be free from damage caused by the customer

  • Be returned in their original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging where applicable

Items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection may be rejected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

Linda & Victoria Vancouver cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking information.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return results from our error.


9. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after being placed, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Opening a chargeback while a valid customer service resolution is in progress may delay the resolution process.


11. Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for receiving the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

  • Packages delivered according to carrier tracking records

  • Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions
